It is strongly recommended that you research information on "dispatching for freight" before applying, to help ensure that this will be a good fit for you. This position requires you to be independent, and requires a lot of attention to detail, excellent communication, navigation skills and time.

There is a $250 deposit for your seat on the load boards, work phone number, virtual fax number, company email, and navigation software. This may be paid up front OR taken from your "paid training" proceeds. Training & Commissions will be paid via payroll, which means you will receive a W2/1099 at the beginning of the year. After working with the company, you will have the ability & knowledge to run your own dispatching company! Look Forward to Working with You! ;)
